Refund policy

If the registration is cancelled under Rule 14A, we reapply once, free. That is the guarantee and it is the whole of it.

We do not guarantee approval, because approval is not ours to give. The department decides, and it can ask for more documents at any stage which you then have to provide.

• Before we file the application: full refund, no questions.
• After we have filed: the work is done, so no refund, but we stay on it, reply to every query, and follow up until there is an outcome.
• If you stop responding to a departmental query and the application lapses, that is not a refund situation. Message us and we will try to revive it first.

Monthly filing

If we have not filed your return, you have not been charged for it. We bill after the work, not before.

Late fees and interest are charged by the government to the registered person. We do not pay them. Send your reports early in the month so there is time to file before the due date.

Other services

Before we start: full refund, no questions.

After we have started but before filing: we refund what we have not yet worked on, and tell you clearly what that is.

After filing: the work is done, so no refund.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp. No form, no ticket, no escalation path. We process refunds to the original payment method, usually within three working days.

For creators

Commission is paid once per referred seller, on their first payment for any paid service. It is not paid again on later months or later services from the same seller.

Commission is reversed only on a chargeback or a payment dispute. We do not offer discretionary refunds that would claw back your earnings, so a genuine sale stays yours.
