The free tool does not upload your files

The GSTR-1 tool and the health check run entirely in your browser. Your marketplace reports are read on your own device and the numbers are computed there. Nothing is sent to our servers, so there is nothing for us to store, lose or be asked to hand over.

You can verify this. Open your browser’s network tab while using the tool. You will see the page load and the HSN code list download. You will not see your file go anywhere.

What we do collect

Only what a given interaction needs.

• If you message us on WhatsApp: your number, and whatever you send us
• If you buy a service: your name, contact details, GSTIN, and the documents needed for that work
• If you use the site: anonymous page analytics, which pages, which device, roughly where. No profiles.

What we do with it

We use your data to do the work you paid for, and to reach you about it. That is all.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketplaces. We do not use your filing figures for anything other than your own filing.

Who else sees it

Only the people and services needed to deliver the work: our own team, the government portals we file on, and our payment provider for the payment itself.

If a court or the tax department lawfully requires something, we comply. We will tell you when we are allowed to.

How long we keep it

Filing records and the documents behind them: eight years, because tax records can be asked for that far back and you will want them.

WhatsApp conversations: as long as you are a customer, plus a year.

Ask us to delete something and we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, within the limits above. Message us on WhatsApp, no form.
